This biaxial TENSAR SS30 geogrid measures 4 metres wide and available in a roll length of 50 metres. Tensar Geogrids are used to enhance strength in areas and structures of roads, pavements, working platforms, reinforced foundations and many more applications. They do this by performing two geosynthetic functions, stabilisation and reinforcement. When installed, geogrids increases the bearing capacity and can save costs by reducing the thickness of the aggregate layers needed.

The Tensar SS series features the original biaxial design, consisting of stiff monolithic geogrids with integral junctions. Orientated in two directions, resulting in the ribs having a higher degree of molecular orientation which continues through the area of the integral node. The ribs have a rectangular cross section with square edges. Manufactured from approx. 98% of quality polypropylene PP resins and approx. 2% of carbon black.
