This single wall 160mm perforated duct pipe comes in a 50mtr coil and complete with one coupler to connect multiple coils together. This duct is corrugated, permeable, yellow in colour and used for ducting gas supply services, usually for yellow gas MDPE pipes. Made from HDPE, its flexible & lightweight which is great for transportation. Drawcord is supplied separately.

In the event of a leak, the perforations in the duct allow gas to vent safely and helps with detection. The internal and external wall is corrugated, which can withstand high compressive forces and gives added strength during installation. Flexible ducting allows manoeuvrability which is a great advantage over rigid ducting. This can allow for small obstacles to be avoided or required changes of direction to be achieved, without needing additional fittings which can save cost and time.

Made in accordance with BS4962:1989, Kitemarked and complies with TRANSCO specification, this product is manufactured in the UK by Naylor providing the installer with a reliable product that will perform. It is not recommended to storage this product outside longer than 12 months, due to UV degradation which can cause damage.

If you plan to run any type of service underground, it should be running inside a duct system. A duct is designed to protect the service cable or pipe from damage and alert others to the presence of duct in the ground. Marker tapes are commonly used as additional indications, alerting present service cables or pipes. Your duct system may also need duct access chambers depending on your project, which come in a various sizes to suit.
