375mm Solid Unperforated Twinwall Surface Water Pipe x 6m

This 375mm ID / 434mm OD twinwall surface water drainage pipe comes in a solid/unperforated 6mtr length and is plain ended. The pipe externally is black in colour and is primarily used as a carrier drain, suitable for all the collection and transportation of non-pressure surface & subsurface stormwater. Made from HDPE, this product is easy to cut to length using hand tools on site, cutting in between corrugations. To connect multiple lengths together you will require a 375mm coupler and for a sealed system you will need two 375mm sealing rings per coupler.

Twinwall MetroDrain has two walls. The external wall is corrugated, meaning the ribs give the pipe excellent compressive strength, while the internal wall is smooth which allows the surface water to be transported easily for great water flow. Ideal for use in stormwater applications beneath pathways, roads, railways, agricultural and commercial installations. Perfect for the use of drainage in golf courses and sports fields. Also, twinwall drainage pipe is ideally suited in environmental systems such as pump & sampling chambers catchpits, soakaways, storm water attenuation and manholes.

Manufactured in the UK by Naylor provides the installer with a reliable product that will perform. This product is BBA approved, made from 70% recycled materials and building Regulations and Highways Agency compliant. Improved abrasion resistance, ideal for cold weather applications and anticipated service life of the system is in excess of 50 years. This pipe is rigid (not flexible), easy to handle and lightweight resulting in a great alternative to concrete pipe.

If you are not installing your twinwall pipe in a straight line, you can find additional 375mm fittings to suit such as various angled bends and junctions. For a sealed system, 375mm ring seals should always be used with any 375mm twinwall fitting. Your twinwall surface water system may also need inspection & manhole chambers depending on your project, alongside the correct adaptors to connect your pipe to the chamber.

We highly recommend this product and the rest of the twinwall range to be installed with lubricant to help with pipe jointing fittings and rubber seal connections.
