450mm Diameter PPIC Inspection Chamber Base – 110mm

This underground inspection chamber base (often referred to as a PPIC) has a 450mm diameter and suitable for 110mm drainage layouts. This chamber features a 110mm main channel with two 110mm side inlets at 90 degrees to the main channel, with a further two 110mm inlets coming in at 45 degrees. The chamber has a maximum invert depth of 1200mm (1.2m).

This chamber includes three socket plugs. The risers & seals to suit this access chamber are the B5397 risers and the B5398 sealing rings. If you need to restrict access to the chamber, you should use the B6350 restrictor ring. Typically each chamber needs a cover, you can browse through our manhole covers & frames to find a cover to suit your requirements.

Manufactured in the UK by Brett Martin also provides the installer with a reliable product that will continue to perform. Combining ease of installation with maximum performance, the chamber assemblies meet requirements of Building Regulations Part H1.

We would recommend this product and the rest of the Underground Drainage range to be installed with Lubricant to help with pipe jointing any rubber seal connections in PVC, clay and concrete.
